Our products are designed for practical everyday use, however they should be used at your own risk. We recommend ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose.

Are your products heat resistant?
PLA is not suitable for high-heat environments. Items should not be left in hot cars or exposed to prolonged heat.

Are your products made to order?
Yes. All of our items are 3D printed to order. This allows us to offer custom colours, sizes, and personalised designs while ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

How long does production take?
Production time is typically 2–4 business days before shipping. Custom colours, sizes, or personalisation may add 1–2 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15 for standard delivery, plus $2 for each additional item. An item refers to a single product listing, not individual pieces within a pack. For example, shipping is $15 for one pack of 500 pieces.
Express delivery is available for $20, plus $2 for each additional item.
